Product Overview
ASTM A335 seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe are eligible for bending, flanging and other similar forming process, and it is also have good weldability. These tubes can be manufactured by hot working or cold drawing, and final heat treatment can be done in accordance with clients' requests.
Fuyuansheng offers the ASTM A335 alloy steel pipes for main stream grades like P5, P9, P11, P12. P11(1.25Cr-0.5Mo) and P12 are the two most widely used alloy pipes (tube) in boilers and heat exchangers. The outer diameter is from 21.3mm to 610mm, the wall thickness grade from Sch20 to XXS. We can supply the length in standard length from 5.8m to 12m, SRL (single random length), DRL (double random length) or other size as customer requirements. Pipe end machining such as plain, bevelling and threading are also available with surface treatments including black, varnish, galvanizing, oil painting.

A: ASTM A335 is the standard specification austenitic stainless steels issued by American Society for Testing and Materials and ASME SA335 in one side is SA specification issued by American Society of Mechanical Engineers for Pressure Vessels and Boilers. These two are more or less identical in technical content. It is the ASME equivalent specification for alloy steel.
