BIPV Solar End Gutter | Eaves Drainage Gutter for Solar Carport & Sunroom

The BIPV End Gutter is installed along the lowest eaves edge of a solar carport, sunroom, or other photovoltaic roof structure. It serves as the main collection and discharge gutter for the entire roof drainage system.

Water collected by the longitudinal M-type main gutters flows into the End Gutter and is then discharged through a drain outlet, downspout, or rainwater pipe.

With a deep and wide drainage section, the End Gutter is designed to handle concentrated rainwater from multiple gutter channels, helping reduce overflow during heavy rainfall.

Unlike the M-type main gutter, which runs along the roof slope, the End Gutter is arranged horizontally along the eaves and is mainly responsible for final water collection and drainage.

    Key Features

    • Large drainage capacity
Wide and deep gutter profile provides sufficient water flow capacity for BIPV roofs and solar structures.
    • Designed for roof-edge drainage
Installed at the lowest eaves position to collect water from the complete photovoltaic roof.
    • Compatible with M-type main gutters
The ends of the longitudinal M gutters extend directly into the End Gutter for continuous water drainage.
    • Heavy-duty construction
A relatively thicker profile provides the rigidity required for long-span eaves drainage applications.
    • Multiple material options
Available in galvanized steel, zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy, or aluminum alloy according to project requirements.
    • Customizable dimensions
Width, depth, thickness, length, and outlet configuration can be customized for different solar roof designs.

    Drainage Structure

The End Gutter works as the final collection channel in a BIPV roof drainage system:

Solar Panels → M-Type Main Gutters → End Gutter → Drain Outlet → Downspout

Each M-type main gutter should extend into the End Gutter so that rainwater is discharged directly into the large collection channel rather than flowing outside the gutter edge.

This three-stage drainage arrangement provides a practical solution for collecting and directing rainwater from large photovoltaic roof areas.

    Applications

The BIPV End Gutter is suitable for:

    • Solar carports
    • BIPV sunrooms
    • Photovoltaic canopies
    • Solar parking structures
    • Double-slope solar roofs
    • Large photovoltaic roofing systems

It is particularly suitable for projects where multiple longitudinal solar gutters need to discharge into one horizontal eaves drainage channel.

Why Choose Our BIPV End Gutter?

We provide End Gutter solutions designed around the actual drainage structure of solar carports and BIPV roofing systems, rather than using a conventional building gutter profile.

Our End Gutters can be customized to match the M-type main gutter, roof width, drainage capacity, outlet position, and installation structure, making them suitable for both standard and project-specific photovoltaic drainage systems.

For B2B solar mounting suppliers, EPC contractors, and photovoltaic structure manufacturers, we can provide custom profiles, dimensions, materials, and production lengths according to project requirements.
